Our client in the Dallas area is seeking a Financial Coordinator to join their Finance Department!
The Financial Coordinator will have experience in the following.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Ensure the accuracy of financial inputs including budgets, forecasts, and actuals in accounting systems
- Handle regular financial meetings with teams to evaluate financial status and resolve discrepancies
- Support project staff by clarifying financial procedures and correcting data inconsistencies
- Compile and deliver monthly summaries of financial performance to leadership
- Partner with teams to streamline reporting processes and recommend automation opportunities
Requirements:
- Large ERP experience is required (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- 2+ years of Financial Analyst or Financial Coordinator experience is required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field is preferred, is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) is required
