Payroll Manager

Our client in the Coppell, TX area is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for a large workforce.

This is a fully on-site position and ideal for someone who enjoys owning the payroll process, partnering across teams, and improving efficiency through technology and automation.

• Manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing for roughly 500 employees across multiple states
• Process payroll for a large hourly employee population, including tip-based compensation
• Ensure accurate payroll calculations, tax compliance, deductions, garnishments, and payroll-related reporting
• Maintain and audit payroll data across multiple company entities and pay groups
• Partner with HR and operations teams to resolve payroll inquiries and ensure a positive employee experience
• Leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency
• Generate payroll reports and analyze data to support business needs
• Stay current on multi-state payroll regulations and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• ADP Workforce Now experience and advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Proven experience processing bi-weekly payroll for a large organization
• Strong multi-state payroll experience
• Comfortable incorporating AI tools into daily workflows
• Professional, approachable, and customer-service-oriented communication style
