Our client in the DFW area is seeking an Jr. Business Analyst to join their Membership Operations Department!
The Jr. Business Analyst will have experience in the following.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage and prioritize requests submitted through a membership support queue
- Maintain and update account and provider data within ERP
- Research and resolve account discrepancies, location changes, and other requests
- Perform data validation, reporting, and roster analysis to support internal stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding, vendor maintenance activities, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience with SQL is required
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
