Our client in the DFW is seeking a Collections Specialist to join their Accounts Receivable team!
The Collections Specialist will have experience in the following.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Perform high volume collections on delinquent accounts
- Maintain AR aging and generate reports
- Resolve AR accounts and credit holds
- Respond to AR inquiries and provide dispute resolution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) preferred
