Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Employment Type: Contract to Hire or Permanent
Pay: $60,000-80,000, depending on experience and qualifications
Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Sr. Accountant in Oklahoma City. This full-time, on-site position will support both Corporate and Project Office accounting functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting experience, familiarity with payroll and payment processes, and proficiency in various accounting systems. The position will be on-site here in Oklahoma City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounting Department with month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable, corporate credit card transactions, and oversee client deposit and accounts receivable reporting.
- Prepare payroll journal entries, coordinate non-service support costs for billing, and track tax and statutory leave compliance.
- Support state registration and tax filings.
- Other accounting related work duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.
- 3+ years of accounting work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel.
