Job: Order Support Specialist
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Employment Type: Temporary/Contract to Hire (with potential for extension or conversion)
Pay Range: $16.00/hour on contract, with a strong chance of permanent conversion and raise, upon conversion
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Order Support Specialist to join one of our clients in the Oklahoma City metroplex.
This position plays a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, and coordinating with multiple internal departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the order process.
This is a full-time, on-site position with a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
- Enter, update, edit, and track customer orders
- Review orders for accuracy and pricing
- Verify customer licenses and required documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding order processing and customer needs
- Work with the Credit Department to resolve billing questions and assist with credit line adjustments
- Maintain accurate records within the company CRM system
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets for order tracking and related tasks
- Provide professional and helpful customer support while maintaining compliance with company procedures
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 1 year of order processing or order entry, customer service, or administrative experience
- Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience working in a regulated industry is a plus, but not required
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
