Are you someone who loves numbers, organization, and helping clients succeed? We’re looking for a Finance Associate who brings strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
In this role, you’ll support a small but mighty financial consulting team-helping manage accounting functions, reporting, and client relationships. Every day is a little different, and you’ll get hands-on experience across multiple industries while learning from seasoned finance professionals.
What You’ll Be Doing

Record and reconcile transactions for multiple clients

Support the monthly close process and maintain accurate records

Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

Manage billing, cash flow, and vendor communications
-
Help with tax-related reporting (1099s/1096s)

Prepare client invoices and assist with administrative organization
-
Communicate directly with clients and vendors in a professional, timely manner

Jump in to support the team wherever needed – collaboration is key!
What You’ll Bring

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop (you’re comfortable using both)

Strong Excel skills – formulas and data analysis are second nature

Solid understanding of accounting principles (accruals, journal entries, revenue recognition)

Ability to stay organized and accurate while juggling multiple client accounts

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong follow-through and a knack for spotting and solving discrepancies
-
Experience with non-profit bookkeeping is a plus
