Asset Manager – Norwell, MA
Our client, a large organization operating within the environmental and industrial services sector, is seeking an Asset Manager to provide short-term coverage supporting asset tracking and utilization efforts. This role is focused on managing asset data, analyzing utilization trends, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure assets are deployed effectively and maintained appropriately.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain data related to a defined group of operational assets throughout their lifecycle
- Analyze utilization, movement, and idle time to identify underused assets and improvement opportunities
- Consolidate data from multiple internal reports and systems to support asset decision-making
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across various locations regarding asset availability and movement
- Support maintenance, repair, and lifecycle planning activities through data and reporting
- Assist with asset transfers, rentals, surplus tracking, and disposition activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in asset management, operations, data analysis, or a related role
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data manipulation
- Experience working with ERP or asset tracking systems (Oracle preferred)
