Portfolio Accounting Analyst – Hybrid / Boston, MA
We are assisting a Boston based global investment firm with their search for an experienced Portfolio Accounting Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Review and resolve cash balance issues in partnership with internal teams
- Support projects related to cash data, balances, and foreign exchange activity
- Act as a point of coordination between client-facing, accounting, and operational teams on process updates
- Oversee daily cash-related processes, including reconciliations and transaction monitoring
- Build and maintain basic reports to track activity and support workflow management
- Contribute to team efforts focused on improving processes and solving operational challenges
- Provide input to business and technology partners on system and process needs
- Review current accounting processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ years experience working within fund operations
- Strong Excel skills
