HR & Finance Manager
Our client, a mission-driven consulting firm supporting community development initiatives, is seeking an HR & Finance Manager. This role will focus on improving internal systems and supporting day-to-day processes in HR and finance.
Responsibilities
- Support HR and finance operations across hiring, onboarding, time tracking, and budgeting
- Assist with software implementation and create user-friendly documentation
- Coordinate payroll, benefits, and vendor onboarding processes
- Maintain financial data, track project expenses, and assist with invoicing
- Manage internal communications, performance review tracking, and policy updates
- Collaborate with leadership to improve internal systems and support compliance efforts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or similar roles
- Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Experience in HR, finance, or nonprofit consulting is a plus
