Consolidations & Financial Reporting Manager – Remote (Occasional Onsite in Lexington, MA)
Our client, a global organization in the healthcare and manufacturing sector, is seeking a Consolidations & Financial Reporting Manager to oversee the preparation, submission, and integrity of consolidated financial data. This role involves managing compliance, financial controls, system improvements, and reporting processes. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in SAP, Excel, and general ledger structures, as well as experience leading financial teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation, review, and distribution of consolidated financial reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and company policies
- Lead process reviews, internal controls, and audits across finance functions
- Act as a key contact for internal teams and external audit requests
- Support the implementation of new systems and accounting standards
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of financial reporting or consolidation experience
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
