Part-Time Bookkeeper – Medford, MA (Onsite as Needed)
Our client, a small business in the industrial product development and manufacturing space, is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting and basic administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Track and categorize business expenses and receipts
- Send invoices for completed work and ongoing projects
- Reconcile credit card activity and monitor project spending
- Support monthly financial processes and reports
- Take on light administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, printing labels, and organizing mail
- Assist with payroll and bookkeeping handoff from current leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant bookkeeping or small business accounting experience
- Experience with any accounting software (FreshBooks a plus, but not required)
