Finance Business Partner – Remote (EST Hours)
Our client, a mission-driven organization in the professional services and nonprofit sector, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple internal teams. This is a temporary role with the potential to convert, and candidates must be available to work Eastern Time hours.
Responsibilities
- Support teams with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Provide insights and guidance on financial performance and planning
- Help track and report on grants and related financial activity
- Assist with preparing internal reports and presentation materials
- Contribute to process improvements and system implementation efforts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in finance or FP&A roles
- Experience working in nonprofit or professional services environments preferred
- Familiarity with budgeting tools or ERP systems (Workday a plus)
- Grant reporting experience is a bonus
