Part-Time Procurement Specialist
Our client, a leading biotechnology company, is seeking a Part-Time Procurement Specialist to join their team through the end of the year, with the potential to extend. The Procurement Specialist will support day-to-day purchasing activities, assist with order entry, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily purchasing activities, including order review and data entry.
- Monitor the procurement mailbox and respond to inquiries from internal teams and suppliers.
- Resolve purchase discrepancies and collaborate with stakeholders on purchasing issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support process improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, accounts payable, logistics, or supply chain.
- Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Coupa) is a plus.
