Treasury Operations Specialist – Hybrid / Greater Boston Area
Our client, a well-established company in the real estate industry, is seeking a Treasury Operations Specialist for a long-term contract role supporting their finance team. The role will focus on daily banking tasks, fraud monitoring, and supporting other cash management functions. Training is provided, and previous treasury experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain positive pay processes across multiple bank accounts
- Review and respond to tenant banking inquiries via shared inbox
- Support the preparation and tracking of real estate tax payments
- Assist with monthly bank fee processing and interest tracking
- Perform general administrative and financial tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
