Compensation Reporting Analyst – Local to Boston, MA
Our client, a growing organization in the investment/financial services space, is seeking a Compensation Reporting Analyst to support their year-end planning process. This role will focus on building and streamlining reporting tools for leadership to review and model compensation data such as raises, bonuses, and profit sharing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting tools for management review.
- Create summary reports for executive decision-making.
- Extract and analyze data from internal systems to support reporting needs.
- Reconstruct or improve upon prior reporting formats to meet current requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and usability of reports while collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Experience working with data from databases (SQL or similar)
