Procurement Coordinator – (Local to Boston, MA)
Our client, a growing organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support daily purchasing and sourcing operations. This role will help streamline procurement workflows, manage vendor renewals, and assist with contract-related activities while working closely with the sourcing team.
Responsibilities
- Support the intake, tracking, and processing of purchasing and renewal requests
- Partner with sourcing managers to obtain vendor quotes and coordinate approvals
- Maintain detailed purchase tracking and vendor documentation using Google Workspace tools
- Review low-risk agreements and renewals based on established templates or guidelines
- Assist with vendor setup, onboarding, and coordination across departments
- Contribute to process improvements and data clean-up initiatives within the procurement function
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing coordination, or sourcing support
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) required
