Procurement / Finance Process Project Manager – Hybrid or Remote (East Coast Hours)
Our client, a growing organization in the life sciences sector, is seeking a senior-level consultant to support cross-functional process improvement initiatives across Procurement and Finance. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve collaboration between teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate key projects focused on optimizing Procurement and Finance processes
- Partner with senior leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement scalable solutions
- Drive alignment between Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to enhance visibility and compliance
- Support system and workflow enhancements, documentation, and process governance
- Provide project management support for initiatives sponsored by the CFO and Procurement leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or Project Management roles
- Experience with ERP or financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Adaptive Insights, Coupa, etc.) preferred
