Part Time Finance & Operations Associate – Hybrid / Natick, MA
A growing professional services firm is seeking a part-time Finance & Operations Associate to support core financial and operational functions. This role involves managing routine accounting tasks, handling transaction processes, and preparing reports to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
Responsibilities
- Perform general bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile accounts and ensure proper categorization of transactions
- Prepare standard financial reports and summaries
- Manage transaction processing and monitor account activity
- Assist with operational reporting and data entry using internal systems and Excel
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Experience with transaction or escrow management preferred but not required
