A healthcare organization is seeking a Cash Posting & Credit Lead to oversee payment posting and credit balance processes. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of payments, resolving discrepancies, and supporting compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage cash posting and credit balance activities
- Review payment batches and ensure proper reconciliation
- Analyze payment details and address posting errors
- Prepare reports on cash performance and identify areas for improvement
- Approve refund and adjustment requests within scope
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in cash posting, reconciliations, and credit balance resolution
