Consolidations Manager – Onsite / Providence, RI
A global organization in the professional services and entertainment industry is seeking an experienced Consolidations Manager to support financial close processes and reporting for multiple business units. This role involves managing multi-currency consolidations, overseeing intercompany transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the consolidation process across multiple entities and currencies
- Review and prepare financial reports and schedules for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee intercompany accounting and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with finance teams globally to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Support audits and assist with system enhancements and ad hoc projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and consolidations, preferably in a global environment
- Proficiency with Oracle and SAP systems; experience with reporting tools such as Power BI preferred
- CPA certification a plus
