Senior Payroll Consultant – Hybrid / Boston, MA
A leading organization in the professional services sector is seeking a Senior Payroll Consultant to support payroll operations and ensure accurate processing across multiple jurisdictions. This role involves handling complex payroll tasks, collaborating with internal teams, and assisting with audits and system updates.
Responsibilities
- Process and review payroll for multi-state and international employees
- Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Support quarterly and annual tax filings and assist with audits
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on employee transactions and reporting
- Participate in system updates and special projects related to payroll operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state and international payroll
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now required
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
