Tax Administrative Assistant – Norwood, MA
Our client, a well-established professional services firm, is seeking a Tax Administrative Assistant to provide support during a busy seasonal period. This role involves handling a variety of administrative and office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage data entry tasks
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and prepare shipping labels as needed
- Update and maintain client records in internal systems
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role; experience in a professional services environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar systems is a plus
