Financial Administrator – Hybrid / Boston, MA
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a Financial Administrator to join their invoicing team. This role involves preparing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy in fee calculations, and supporting internal and external inquiries. The position also includes contributing to process improvements and assisting with system updates.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review invoices and related documentation for accuracy
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding billing and fees
- Support audits and assist with data compilation for compliance purposes
- Participate in testing and implementation of system enhancements
- Ensure accurate account setup and maintain documentation for processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years of invoicing or related financial experience
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Familiarity with RevPort is a plus
