Trade Operations Specialist – Remote (Local to Boston, MA)
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Trade Operations Specialist to support daily trade settlement and corporate actions processes. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely settlement of trades across multiple asset classes and handling related operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end trade settlement processes, including resolving failed or unmatched trades
- Process and monitor corporate actions and related activities
- Work with various fixed-income products such as bonds, treasuries, and structured credit instruments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with operational standards
Qualifications
- Experience with trade operations and settlement processes
- Proficiency with Aladdin or similar investment management systems
- Corporate actions experience required
