Financial Analyst – Hybrid / Lewiston, ME
Our client, a well-established organization in the professional services sector, is seeking multiple Financial Analysts to support core accounting and financial reporting functions. This role involves preparing reports, analyzing financial data, and assisting with audits and forecasting in collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for assigned programs.
- Review and analyze financial data, identifying and reporting irregularities.
- Assist with journal entries, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and grant-related financial activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1+ year of accounting experience (including debits and credits).
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP required).
- Experience with grants or federal funding preferred.
- Nonprofit experience is a plus.
