Payroll Specialist – Framingham, MA
Our client, a healthcare services organization, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations and compliance. This role focuses on managing multi-state payroll processes, ensuring tax compliance, and maintaining accurate payroll records within internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile payroll across multiple entities and cycles
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements
- Review and validate payroll data for accuracy
- Prepare payroll-related reports and assist with audits
- 5+ years of payroll experience
- Hands-on experience with UKG (UltiPro / UKG Pro) required
- Experience with multi-state and multi-entity payroll preferred
