Part-Time Finance & Data Entry Assistant – Hybrid / Newton, MA
Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a part-time Finance & Data Entry Assistant to support their finance team with routine accounting and data entry tasks. This role involves processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and verify financial data in internal systems
  • Review and organize transaction details for accuracy
  • Maintain records and ensure proper categorization of financial information
  • Communicate with internal staff to resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with general administrative and finance-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with accounting systems preferred; MIP knowledge is a plus
