Part Time Financial Coordinator – Cambridge, MA
Our client, a professional services organization in the education space, is seeking a Part Time Financial Coordinator to support everyday financial processing, budgeting, and reporting activities. This role helps keep financial data accurate, organized, and useful for decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Handle routine financial processing, including expenses, invoices, and reimbursements
- Support budget preparation, updates, and basic month-end activities
- Maintain financial data and reporting tools, producing regular summaries
- Review transactions for accuracy and policy compliance
- Assist with account reconciliations and simple financial analyses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required
- 2+ years of financial or accounting experience

Familiarity with cloud-based databases or workflow tools (e.g., Airtable or similar) preferred
