Procure to Pay Operations Manager – Hybrid / Boston, MA
Our client, a large organization in the healthcare and public services sector, is seeking a Procure to Pay Operations Manager to support procurement and payables operations during a systems transition. This role focuses on overseeing daily P2P activities, managing staff, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting operational efficiency across procurement and accounts payable functions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day procure-to-pay operations, including procurement and accounts payable activities
- Supervise and support procurement and payables staff, ensuring workloads are balanced and deadlines are met
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and proper segregation of duties
- Partner with senior leadership to provide operational updates, reporting, and recommendations
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams regarding purchasing and vendor payment processes
- Assist with policy maintenance, documentation, and procedural updates
- Oversee vendor payment activities and related reporting requirements
- Support audits, year-end reporting, and internal reviews related to P2P functions
- Analyze data and prepare routine operational reports and dashboards
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in procure-to-pay, procurement, or accounts payable operations
- Prior experience supervising or managing procurement or payables teams

Experience with ERP, procurement, or contract management systems preferred
