Procure to Pay Operations Manager – Hybrid / Boston, MA
Our client, a large organization in the healthcare and public services sector, is seeking a Procure to Pay Operations Manager to support procurement and payables operations during a systems transition. This role focuses on overseeing daily P2P activities, managing staff, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting operational efficiency across procurement and accounts payable functions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day procure-to-pay operations, including procurement and accounts payable activities
  • Supervise and support procurement and payables staff, ensuring workloads are balanced and deadlines are met
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and proper segregation of duties
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide operational updates, reporting, and recommendations
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams regarding purchasing and vendor payment processes
  • Assist with policy maintenance, documentation, and procedural updates
  • Oversee vendor payment activities and related reporting requirements
  • Support audits, year-end reporting, and internal reviews related to P2P functions
  • Analyze data and prepare routine operational reports and dashboards
