Services Operations Administrator – Hybrid / Woburn, MA
Our client, a large organization within the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Services Operations Administrator to support internal operations related to financial and administrative processing. This role focuses on managing purchase order activity, validating financial data, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely processing while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor purchase order activity throughout the full lifecycle
- Review, validate, and process internal and external requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to orders, billing, or financial transactions
- Identify and resolve exceptions or issues, escalating when necessary
- Reconcile financial data and support accurate billing and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience in operations, finance, or administrative support
- Experience using Oracle and Microsoft Excel
