BSA Analyst – Orange, CT
Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a BSA Analyst to support regulatory compliance and monitoring activities within a growing risk and compliance team. This role focuses on reviewing alerts, supporting investigations, and maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze alerts generated by monitoring systems for unusual or potentially suspicious activity
- Support investigations related to customer activity and regulatory requirements
- Assist with the preparation and submission of required regulatory reports
- Perform customer due diligence and periodic reviews for higher-risk accounts
- Support sanctions screening reviews and escalate potential issues as appropriate
- Maintain clear and organized documentation to support audits and examinations
- Identify trends or anomalies and communicate findings to senior team members
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in banking risk, compliance, or monitoring
- Experience with BSA/AML and sanctions-related regulations preferred
- CAMS, CIA, CRMA, or similar certifications preferred
