Payroll Administrator – Hybrid / Bedford, MA
Our client, a global technology-focused organization, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support U.S. payroll operations and related administrative processes. This role focuses on assisting with payroll activities, maintaining employee payroll data, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks within a structured, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing U.S. payroll processes and assist with payroll cycle activities
- Maintain and update employee payroll information, including direct deposit and tax forms
- Assist with payroll-related inquiries and follow established procedures to resolve issues
- Perform administrative tasks related to payroll processing and documentation
- Enter, audit, and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy
- Support reporting and data tracking using Excel and internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of U.S. payroll experience
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now required
- Payroll support or payroll administration experience preferred
