Performance Reporting Analyst – Hybrid / Waltham, MA
Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a Performance Reporting Analyst to support portfolio reporting and data-related functions. This role focuses on reviewing investment performance data, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze performance data at the account and group level
- Monitor reporting data for accuracy and reasonableness
- Support internal teams with performance-related questions and reporting requests
- Assist with reconciliations and investigation of data discrepancies
- Maintain reporting standards and support compliance-related requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data and reporting issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in fund performance reporting
- GIPS experience preferred
- Experience with SQL or similar tools preferred
