Full Charge Bookkeeper – Onsite / Rockland, MA
Our client, an established business supplies & equipment company, is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting and financial record-keeping activities. This onsite role is responsible for managing core bookkeeping functions, maintaining accurate financial data, and supporting owners and external partners with reliable financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and routine account reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations on a regular basis
- Prepare standard financial reports and summaries for internal use
- Process payroll and support related reporting needs
- Coordinate with external accounting or tax partners as needed
- Ensure compliance with basic accounting standards and internal procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience working with Sage 100 preferred; other mid-market ERP systems considered!
