Director of FP&A- Hybrid / Taunton, MA
Our client, a company specializing in consumer goods, is seeking a Director of FP&A to oversee day-to-day financial planning and analysis within a manufacturing environment. This role partners with operations and leadership to manage costs, support planning cycles, and drive business performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operational financial performance and cost structures
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
- Provide reporting and insights to senior leadership
- Support capital planning and evaluate investment performance
- Manage and develop a finance team
Qualifications
- 7+ years of FP&A or related finance experience
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or consumer products
- ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
- Prior leadership experience preferred
