Part-Time Clinical Business Operations Consultant – Remote or Hybrid (must be local to Boston, MA)
Our client, a growing organization within the life sciences sector, is seeking a part-time Clinical Business Operations Consultant to support operational and financial activities tied to clinical programs. This role focuses on maintaining financial workflows, coordinating contract activities, and supporting cross-functional teams in a dynamic research environment.
Responsibilities
- Support clinical financial operations, including tracking budgets and assisting with reporting activities
- Coordinate contract-related processes, including documentation, updates, and status tracking
- Maintain accurate data to support forecasting and operational planning
- Assist with financial and operational analysis for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing clinical and operational initiatives
- Ensure documentation and processes remain organized and up to date
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in clinical operations, business operations, or project coordination within a life sciences or healthcare environment
- Experience working with clinical contracts, financial tracking, or vendor coordination
- Familiarity with clinical trial processes; Phase 2 or 3 experience preferred
