Travel & Expense Analyst – Hybrid / Mansfield, MA
Our client, a growing organization within the food service and equipment distribution industry, is seeking a Travel & Expense Analyst to support expense management and reporting functions. This role focuses on analyzing financial activity, supporting compliance efforts, and helping improve operational processes in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze expense data to support reporting and business insights
- Prepare standard reports and track key performance indicators
- Conduct reviews to ensure alignment with internal policies and procedures
- Support vendor coordination and general operational activities
- Assist with system-related tasks and internal process support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in travel & expense, financial analysis, or a related field
- Experience with Concur required; exposure to similar systems (e.g., Expensify, MOTUS) preferred
- Strong Excel skills required
