Revenue Cycle Manager – Hybrid / Norwich, CT
Our client, a healthcare organization, is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee front-end revenue cycle operations and support patient access functions. This role involves leading a team, improving workflows, and ensuring efficient processes across registration, scheduling, and insurance-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations related to patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification
- Lead and support a team responsible for front-end revenue cycle activities
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
- Support training, development, and performance management of staff
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle or related healthcare operations
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with patient access, registration, or insurance verification processes
- EPIC experience preferred
- FQHC experience a plus
