Payroll Manager – Hybrid / Bedford, MA
Our client, a growing healthcare organization, is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and related reporting activities. This role will work closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance, and employee support.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing for a multi-state workforce.
- Oversee payroll compliance, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Support employee data maintenance and payroll-related inquiries.
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits.
- Partner with HR and Finance on payroll and compensation-related matters.
- Assist with payroll accounting and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of payroll experience, including Payroll Manager-level experience.
- Strong ADP Workforce Now experience required.
- General ledger and payroll accounting experience required.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Experience with stock-based compensation programs is a plus.
