Senior AR Specialist – Remote but must be local to Boston, MA
Our client, a growing technology company, is seeking a Senior AR Specialist to support accounts receivable operations, collections, and customer account management. This role will work cross-functionally to ensure timely payments, resolve billing issues, and maintain accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
- Manage collections and customer account follow-up.
- Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain AR records, reporting, and aging reviews.
- Partner with internal teams to address payment-related issues.
- Assist with process improvements and month-end activities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounts receivable experience.
- SaaS industry experience required.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
- Salesforce and supplier portal experience preferred.
