Senior GL Accountant – Remote but must be local to Boston, MA
Our client, a technology-focused organization, is seeking a Senior GL Accountant to support general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and assist with operational accounting activities.
- Support audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of general ledger and full-cycle accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
- SaaS industry experience, public accounting experience, or CPA preferred.
