Transportation Coordinator – Hybrid / Newton, MA
Our client, a consumer products organization, is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support logistics and supply chain operations. This role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining transportation data, tracking deliveries, and working with internal teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor shipment activity from order release through delivery.
- Maintain transportation and shipment data within company systems.
- Track deliveries and follow up on delays or service issues.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve scheduling and transportation concerns.
- Review logistics data and identify trends or process improvement opportunities.
- Assist with reporting and administrative logistics tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
- Experience working with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
- Experience with transportation management systems preferred.
