Fund Accountant – Remote but must be local to Boston, MA
Our client, a growing financial services organization, is seeking a Fund Accountant to support accounting, reporting, and operational activities related to investment vehicles and financial assets. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate financial information, reporting, and process execution.
Responsibilities
- Review and support financial reporting and accounting activities.
- Coordinate with external service providers and business partners.
- Monitor financial data, account activity, and reporting accuracy.
- Assist with cash management, reconciliations, and operational processes.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for leadership.
- Support compliance, audit, and regulatory-related activities.
- Maintain documentation and assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with internal teams on financial and operational projects.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in fund accounting, investment accounting, financial services, or a related field.
- Experience with financial reporting, fund operations, or investment accounting preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with fund administration platforms or financial systems is a plus.
