FP&A Manager – Hybrid / Needham, MA
Our client, a leading consumer products organization, is seeking an FP&A Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis activities. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, monitor performance, and support strategic decision-making within a fast-paced business environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
- Analyze business performance and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare financial models and performance reports for leadership.
- Support pricing, promotional, and product-related financial analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable business insights.
- Maintain and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and planning processes.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of FP&A experience.
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with planning and business intelligence tools such as Adaptive Insights, Power BI, or similar platforms.
