Beacon Hill Financial is looking for a contract with possibility of hire Cash Applications Specialist for our client located in the St. Louis county area. Responsibilities:
- Processing monthly client statements
- Calling clients on delinquent balances
- Working on invoice appeals
- Posting cash receipts
- Reviewing accounts receivable balances with responsible attorneys
- Processing write offs
Skills and Specifications:
- Strong technical skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge or familiarity of accounts receivable procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment
- Must be well organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to be self-sufficient in prioritizing tasks
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with both clients and attorneys
Education and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in collections
- Highschool Diploma/GED required
