Compensation Analyst – Hybrid / Boston, MA
Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support compensation programs, analytics, and related initiatives. This role will analyze compensation data, provide market insights, support compensation decisions, and assist with ongoing programs and projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation data and prepare recurring reports and insights
- Review compensation recommendations for new hires and employee changes
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to support competitive compensation practices
- Assist with compensation planning and recurring compensation cycles
- Support compensation-related compliance and reporting initiatives
- Develop and maintain compensation tools, reports, and analytical resources
- Assist with additional compensation projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of compensation experience
- Workday experience required
