Beacon Hill is actively seeking a Payroll Systems Analyst to fill a FULLY REMOTE opportunity with one of our major clients. This is a CONTRACT role that will end at the end of January. Some responsiblities of this role include:
- support the long-term goals of the Office of Administrative System Transformation (OAST) through consultation, process improvement and digital transformation.
- Responsible for providing functional expertise on OAST software applications and integrations, evaluating business processes, making recommendations, developing innovative solutions, and improving processes using digital standards and technology.
- Intermediate background in human resources, payroll, supply chain, finance, engineering, or healthcare, with expertise in digital, including modern analytics, process automation, application programming interfaces and product management are required.
- Participates in design decisions and engages in the testing of system enhancements relative to more complex small and medium technical issues and vendor releases prior to production implementation.
Qualifications

Oracle Fusion Cloud payroll experience.

Experience submitting service requests within the Oracle support system.

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years relevant experience.

Oracle or payroll certifications are a plus but not required
