Accounting Clerk

Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract Accounting Clerk for our client in the St. Louis County area. This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $24-$26 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Scan, code, and key vendor invoices into the accounting system
• Manage and reconcile credit card billing and expenses
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations, including collection accounts
• Monitor and reconcile outstanding balances and collections activity
• Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting and audit needs
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with reconciliations and high-volume data entry
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
