Responsibilities
- Order equipment from approved vendors per contract terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and lease documentation.
- Enter and verify asset information in the lease system.
- Coordinate invoice approvals and payment requests.
- Prepare lease closing documents and reports.
Qualifications
- Strong data entry and Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Equipment leasing or hardware knowledge is a plus.
